A local authority in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled practitioner to support the welfare of children aged 10-18 years in residential care. The role includes leadership responsibilities and requires a Diploma in Residential Childcare. Applicants should have extensive experience in similar environments and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. This is a full‑time post, 37 hours per week, on a rota basis including evenings, weekends (one weekend a month), bank holidays, and on‑call responsibilities. The role requires flexibility to meet the needs of the children we look after.
All candidates must have Right to Work in the UK with a minimum of two years remaining on their current Right to Work. Sponsorship is not offered.
