Joining Careers Education is seeking a Team Leader for our Children's Homes in the UK. You will be responsible for leading the staff team, supporting the day-to-day operation of the home, and ensuring high standards of care for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs.

With a base salary of £40,848–£48,352 (subject to attendance and up to 3 sleep-ins per month), you will build positive relationships with young people, deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Level 3 Children's Residential Care qualification is required.
