Shared Services Partnership in Romsey is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Hockley House, a new children’s home for ages 12–18, offering trauma-informed care in a collaborative environment with education and health professionals.
You’ll build trusted relationships, provide practical and emotional support, contribute to care plans and records, and help young people develop life skills. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is preferred, with training supported by the employer.

Our service which operates all year-round 24/7 and your shift pattern will include some bank holidays, weekends and sleep in duties. Enhancements are paid in line with the HCC salary policy.
