We are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed children's home near Bournemouth, Dorset, supporting young people aged years with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), learning disabilities (LD), autism, and complex needs. Our focus is to create a safe, nurturing, and aspirational home where children feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted and regulatory standards. You’ll also lead and develop a team, manage budgets, and maintain strong relationships with external partners.

What we’re looking for in a Children's Home Registered Manager
  • Experience managing in children’s residential care
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children’s Residential (or working towards)
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and children’s regulations
  • Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
  • Driving licence and willingness to work flexibly
