What We’re Looking For
  • Essential: A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or 3-4 years as a Deputy Manager within a home rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted.
  • Essential: A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or a committed plan to achieve this qualification.
  • Essential: A proven passion for creating therapeutic environments and a strong understanding of relevant legislation (The Children Act 1989, safeguarding).
  • Essential: Full UK Driving Licence.
