Bridge2Future Care Group is seeking a Registered Home Manager to lead a Children's Residential Home in Swadlincote. You will drive day-to-day operations, safeguarding, staff supervision and ensure high-quality care for young people.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EBD and behaviour that challenges.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Children's Residential Home within the last 5 years.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role within a Children's Home.

• Full UK Driving License and Right to Work in the UK.

The successful candidate for this role should possess the following:

• A strong working knowledge of EBD and behaviour that challenges
• A minimum of 2 years experience of working within a Children's Residential Home within the last 5 years
• Atleast 1 years experience within a Supervisory or Leadership role within a Children's Home setting
• A minimum Level 3 Residential Child Care Diploma, with a willingness to work towards obtaining a Level 5 Diploma if not already in place
• A Full UK Driving License
• Right to Work in the UK
