We have an exciting opportunity within our brand new not-for-profit Childrens Services Residential Home in York. This service is a need-led childrens LD residential home, and we are now looking for an Ofsted Registered Manager to lead and develop the provision, setting the stage for a truly impactful service.
The successful applicant will lead, manage and support teams of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers across the home, while acting as a corporate parent to the children we care for, helping, supporting and ensuring they thrive in their day-to-day lives.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our childrens residential home located in York, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities (LD) and other additional complex needs.
As an experienced manager, you will confidently lead and support dedicated teams, fostering a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where children and staff can thrive. You will play a key role in establishing and developing this new service, ensuring high-quality care delivery while maintaining full compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
