At Amegreen, we put children and young people first. We're looking for a Home Manager to oversee one of our residential homes for young people with learning disabilities and complex needs. Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff teams across the home
• Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young people
• Deputise for the Registered Manager, including Ofsted inspections
• Oversee staff rotas, supervisions, and training
• Build strong relationships with families and professionals
• Take part in the on-call rota and provide confident leadership

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or working towards)
• Experience in children's residential care
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of child development & learning disabilities
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car
