At Amegreen, we put children and young people first. We're looking for a Home Manager to oversee one of our residential homes for young people with learning disabilities and complex needs. If you're experienced in children's residential care and ready to lead with passion, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support staff teams across the home
  • Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young people
  • Deputise for the Registered Manager, including Ofsted inspections
  • Oversee staff rotas, supervisions, and training
  • Build strong relationships with families and professionals
  • Take part in the on-call rota and provide confident leadership
Qualifications
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or working towards)
  • Experience in children's residential care
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of child development & learning disabilities
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car
