A health care organization in North Cumbria seeks a passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join their Children's Speech and Language therapy team. The role involves assessing and providing therapy for children with speech, language, and communication needs. Candidates should have a relevant degree, HCPC registration, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. We are seeking a passionate, innovative and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our Children's Speech and Language therapy team covering North Cumbria, on a permanent basis.
Working as part of an integrated team with other specialist therapists, you will be required to provide assessment, advice and therapy to children and young people with a range of speech, language and communication needs, working with them, their families and supporting agencies.
You should have a degree or equivalent qualification in Speech and Language Therapy, be registered with HCPC, and have ongoing membership with the RCSLT. We are looking for an individual who demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering high standards of care in the heart of the community.
Our team provide an effective system of support and supervision, which may include 1:1, pair or group supervision, as well as participation with clinical networks, mentoring and other clinical learning opportunities.
