The Role

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in the daily lives of our young people – helping them with personal care, education, social activities, and emotional wellbeing. No two days are the same. You'll work closely with a supportive team to create positive experiences and meaningful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting children with learning disabilities and autism in their daily routines
• Promoting independence, confidence, and life skills
• Engaging children in fun, educational, and community‑based activities
• Following individual care and behaviour support plans
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning
• Working in line with Ofsted and safeguarding standards
