A leading care organization is seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager for a children's home in Carlisle. This full-time role involves managing day-to-day operations, supporting staff, and ensuring the welfare and development of children aged 12-17. The ideal candidate must have a Level 5 in Leadership and Management, knowledge of care regulations, and at least 3 years of experience in residential settings. A competitive salary of £50,000 to £60,000 is offered along with generous benefits.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Service Manager to lead in a pioneering role under the new Multi-Building Registration Ofsted Policy Guidance. Hold overall responsibility for day-to-day management of the Children’s Home and accountable for the delivery of a high quality of service provision, incorporating care, welfare, safety and security of all children and young people in their care in order for them to achieve a secure base. Supporting, leading and managing a team of staff who will provide protection and support the children with their physical, psychological, emotional & social development.
