Qualifikationen

• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Experience with Mental Health Issues.
• Experience with Challenging Behaviour.
• Understanding of ASD.

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs. This is a community-based role, working beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.

You will:

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams

Who We're Looking For

You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience

Practicalities

• Flexible opportunities based on location and student match
• £19.57 to £28.84 per hour for lead roles, plus agreed expenses
• Monday-Friday daytime and/or afternoon required
• Consistent availability is essential to provide stability for young people
• This role is looking preferably for male applicants
