We’re looking for a Children and Family Worker to join our dedicated Children’s Services team in Coventry. This is a vital role where you’ll work directly with children, young people, and their families to help them achieve positive and sustainable change.
You’ll act as a Key Worker, managing a caseload of families with additional needs, providing assessment, planning, and direct interventions that make a real difference to their lives. Working in partnership with a range of agencies, you’ll help families build resilience and independence through coordinated, intensive support.
You’ll be passionate about improving outcomes for children and families and have experience in delivering direct support to those facing complex challenges. You’ll be confident managing a caseload, leading family support plans, and engaging with multi-agency professionals.
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Children’s Services as well as partners in Health, Education, Police, Housing, Probation, and the voluntary sector – ensuring a joined‑up approach to supporting Coventry’s families.
