Role Description

This is a full-time Term Time ONLY (30 hours a week) on-site role for a Childcare Worker (SENDco) located in Hadzor. The role involves providing individualized support for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), developing tailored education plans, and collaborating with families and staff. Additional responsibilities include organizing and leading educational activities, monitoring progress, and aligning with legal and safety standards for childcare. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• Childcare and experience in Working with Children to provide professional and tailored care
• Skills in Training and Social Services to support development and collaboration with families and staff
• Event Planning skills to organize and execute educational and engaging activities
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of SEND and relevant qualification or experience in special educational needs is highly desirable
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Formal qualifications in childcare or related fields are advantageous
