An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Childcare Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm. You will manage caseloads, supervise junior team members, and advise on a range of childcare matters.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a caseload of childcare cases, including legal aid and CCMS procedures.
  • Obtain emergency protection orders, police protection orders, and conduct child protection case reviews.
  • Provide expert advice to parents, guardians, and CAFCASS‑appointed children’s guardians.
  • Supervise and support junior solicitors, paralegals, caseworkers, and trainee solicitors.
  • Assist with training and development opportunities for internal teams.
