Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in Middlesbrough. They are looking for a Childcare Legal Assistant to join their expanding legal team. Compensation
  • Umbrella Rate - 16-18ph
  • PAYE (Inc.Hol) - 14.62 - 16.38

This role is on a temporary basis with potential to be long term.

Responsibilities as a Childcare Legal Assistant
  • Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
  • To draft legal documentation, ensure compliance with time limits, process and procedures.
  • To undertake such other duties and responsibilities, commensurate with the grading and nature of the post, across Legal Services, as may be required from time to time.
About you as a Childcare Legal Assistant
  • At least 3 years Legal experience in Childcare Law
  • Drafting Legal documents to a high quality standard
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
