Job summary

Croydon Shire Council is seeking an Educator to join Croydon Child Care Centre in regional Queensland. You will help deliver high-quality early childhood programs and create a welcoming, safe environment where children can learn and grow.

Working with the Centre Director and team, you will support planning, documentation and daily operations while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Standards. This full-time role offers strong community ties and rewarding career development.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services is required.
• First Aid and CPR certifications current.
• Blue Card Working with Children Check required.
• Understanding of the National Quality Standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to supporting children’s development and wellbeing.
