A local childcare provider in Carryduff is seeking an assistant to support the leader in providing early education. The role includes preparing play areas, maintaining hygiene, engaging with children, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Applicants should have an interest in child development and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The position offers up to 25 hours per week with a temporary contract.
THE EMPLOYER IS: CARRYDUFF PLAY CARE CENTREThe overall policy of the Play Care Centre is agreed by the committee to whom the Leaders are responsible. The assistant is responsible to the leader, the manager and ultimately to the management committee. The assistant should ensure children attending have the best start in life by providing a safe, welcoming, high quality, inclusive early education environment. He/she will support the leader providing a stimulating and varied programme of play and ensuring the social development of the children.
