You must also love being outside as we have a large outdoor space that we spend lots of time in whatever the weather. We care about the wellbeing of our team and provide services to support colleagues to achieve good, healthy coping strategies and to achieve happiness in their everyday lives.
As an apprentice you will work under supervision to support children's development and wellbeing while gaining hands‑on experience and formal training. In the early stages you will gain experience in supporting children's play, assisting with daily routines like meal times and hygiene, and helping with activities. You will also learn to build relationships with children, parents and colleagues and contribute to the observations and assessments of the child's progress.

This involves regular catch‑ups, check‑in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study. This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12‑month apprenticeship you will have gained Early Years Practitioner Level 2.
