Are you ready to take the next step in your professional development? We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed practitioner to join our team. No previous experience necessary, we will provide you with all of the training you need and support you to achieve a qualification in Early Years Education. You must be hardworking and an excellent team player. You must have a desire to learn and be dedicated to working with children and helping them to be the best that they can be. You must also love being outside as we have a large outdoor space that we spend lots of time in whatever the weather. We care about the wellbeing of our team and provide services to support colleagues to achieve good, healthy coping strategies and to achieve happiness in their everyday lives.

As an apprentice you will work under supervision to support children's development and wellbeing while gaining hands‑on experience and formal training. In the early stages you will gain experience in supporting children's play, assisting with daily routines like meal times and hygiene, and helping with activities. You will also learn to build relationships with children, parents and colleagues and contribute to the observations and assessments of the child's progress.

Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact.

This involves regular catch‑ups, check‑in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study. This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12‑month apprenticeship you will have gained Early Years Practitioner Level 2.

Prospects
