Qualifications

  • Commitment to achieving D32/33, A1 or TAQA 3 qualification within 6 months.

Position:

Childcare and Early Years Tutor

Based:

Key College, Derby

Salary:

£25,918-£26,518 Pro Rata (depending on experience)

Hours:

17.5hrs per week

Do you have a passion for Childcare and Early years, and do you have experience working within this sector? If so, we are looking for an Early years and Childcare tutor to support our young people working towards qualifications within this sector up to level 2. No previous experience in teaching is essential, with opportunities for professional development for the right candidate. If you have a passion for working with young people within the Early years sector we want to hear from you.

This fast-paced and varied role gives an individual the chance to make a real impact on our success. This role will be sales focussed working towards set KPI’s, building effective relationships with our customers and maximising our brand recognition.

Requirements:
  • AET or equivalent or willing to work towards
  • Previous experience within the childcare or early years sector
  • GCSE maths and English at Grade 4 (GCSE C and above)
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Databases and Outlook
  • D32/33, A1 or TAQA 3 qualification or commitment to achieving within 6 months.
  • A relevant up to date qualification or industrial experience

A driving license and use of own car is essential as there will be an expectation to work across numerous sites.
