Job summary

Sheffield Hallam University’s School of Health and Social Care seeks an experienced educator in children's nursing to join a dynamic team delivering undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. You will design and deliver transformative, inclusive learning, supervise learners, contribute to research and scholarly activity, and support post-registration CPD through our portfolio.

Applicants must hold current NMC registration as a Children's Nurse and be committed to evidence-informed

Qualifications

Ability to design and deliver transformative, innovative, and inclusive learning experiences.
Knowledge and understanding of critical, practical, and theoretical issues relevant to children's nursing and the broader health and social care landscape.
Experience of teaching, training, or supervising undergraduate/postgraduate nursing or other healthcare professionals in practice or academic settings.
Current NMC registration as a Children's Nurse and evidence of ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including interprofessional education across the School of Health and Social Care.
Support post-registration learners through the CPD portfolio and contribute to research, scholarly activity and project work.
