Job summary

Leicester City Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a small team of Social Workers and Social Worker Assistants within our Family Help Service. You will influence practice, supervise staff, and work across partners to improve outcomes for children and families in a progressive service.

The role offers hybrid working with a blend of home and Halford House office based activity, clear progression into senior leadership, and ongoing professional development within a supportive

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Substantial post qualifying experience in statutory children\'s social care.
