Social Work Assistant – Birmingham Children’s Trust

Multiple Roles Available

Birmingham Children’s Trust is looking to recruit 7‑8 Social Work Assistants to join our hub and play a key role in supporting children and families across the city. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a passionate, dedicated team making a real difference in the lives of children.

No formal qualifications required – we welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills and relevant experience.

Essential Requirements

• Car owner/driver
• Good computer literacy

• Flexibility and adaptability
• Strong organisation and planning skills
• Excellent recording and communication skills
• Experience of working directly with children and families is highly advantageous
