Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare Limited in Winchester is seeking compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a young male in his family home with person-centred care, including personal care, PEG medication administration, moving and handling, and secretion management.

You will work day and/or night shifts, with guidance from experienced Nurse Managers, and join a supportive, skilled team dedicated to improving quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience in moving and handling and personal care required.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Comfort with day and/or night shifts in a home care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care, including personal care and secretion management.
• Administer medications via PEG as directed.
• Assist with mobility and moving/handling to ensure safety.
• Support the wellbeing and daily needs of the client.
