Job description

We are seeking dedicated Child Care Workers to deliver exceptional care to children and young people, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect. Requirements
  • It’s essential that you have an Full UK driving license
  • Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) OR willingness to undertake.
  • Experience supporting children or young people who may perceive behaviours which are challenging in a similar setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to recognise and set limits of behaviour and provide controls to emotionally behaviourally disturbed children.
  • Experience in supporting children, by listening to them being compassionate and positive.
