A leading training organization is seeking a Childcare / Residential Childcare Assessor to deliver engaging training to apprentices in Child Care. This remote role requires a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Child Care or Residential Child Care and effective communication skills. The assessor will also monitor training progress and provide guidance to learners on their future development. A passion for lifelong learning and being a car driver are essential for this position, which offers a competitive salary and supportive work environment.
Childcare / Residential Childcare Assessor
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + £375 monthly car allowance
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Remote with an East Midlands remit
Hours: Full Time
The purpose of this role is to deliver training and coaching to apprentices through current frameworks & new standards with the aim of each learner successfully achieving end point assessment. You will be responsible for delivering quality, engaging and motivational 1-2-1 and group schemes of work to apprentices.
