Zusammenfassung

Buckinghamshire Council is seeking a proactive Child and Family Worker to join the Court Team. You will work with children, young people and families in home or community settings, assessing needs and guiding interventions to create lasting positive change.

Are you passionate about helping children, young people and families thrive? Join us as a Child and Family Worker in our Court Team, where you'll play a key role in providing support, guidance and meaningful interventions that make a real difference. As a Child and Family Worker you will be at the heart of local communities, working directly with families and alongside a multi-agency team to create positive, lasting change., In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with children, young people and their families in their homes or community settings. You'll build trusting relationships, assess individual needs, and help families navigate challenges through a whole-family, strengths-based approach. You will:

  • Work directly with families to build engagement and support positive change
  • Manage a varied caseload, carrying out assessments and planning tailored interventions
  • Coordinate with other professionals, sometimes taking the lead in multi-agency meetings
  • Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns appropriately

You'll also maintain accurate case records, advocate for families, and contribute to a collaborative, supportive working environment.

  • A relevant Level 4 qualification or substantial experience in a similar role
