Revoco is proud to be partnering with a global marketing technology business, backed by a highly experienced team spanning media strategy, planning, data science, qualitative research, software development and data engineering.
They are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead their engineering function through its next phase of growth. You'll inherit a mature cloud-native platform, a strong engineering team and a business with ambitious plans around AI and product development.
This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role. You'll shape the technology strategy while remaining close to the engineering team, architecture and technical decision making. You'll also help define how software is built in an increasingly AI-native environment.
Their platform is built on a modern cloud-native stack including GCP, Kubernetes, Golang, Python, Angular, Postgres, Vertex AI and Temporal, with a strong focus on data, machine learning and AI-driven measurement products.
You'll bring practical experience using agentic AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or equivalent as a primary way of producing software. You'll be comfortable directing AI coding agents, critically reviewing their output and knowing when to accept, correct, refactor or reject it.
You'll also have experience productionising ML/LLM systems and embedding effective MLOps practices within engineering environments.
