• Broad understanding of nature recovery and sustainability across rural and coastal sectors.
• Experience delivering strategic plans and monitoring performance against objectives.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and identify sustainable solutions.
• Proven experience managing significant budgets and developing business plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver nature recovery, net zero and decarbonisation plans across Windsor, Rural and Coastal.
• Develop and manage teams of ecologists and sustainability professionals.
• Develop rolling three-year business plans with operating and capital budgets.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on sustainability and nature recovery to operations.
• Establish robust measurement and reporting frameworks to track initiatives.
• Build internal and external relationships to maximise social and environmental impact.
