IQVIA Discovery Sciences is seeking a visionary scientific leader to define and execute forward-looking strategies across biology, chemistry, and translational sciences. You will drive AI-assisted design, predictive modelling, and automation to accelerate discovery and deliver translational impact for clients.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, engage with collaborators and industry partners, and lead strategic client engagements.

Competenze

• PhD in a life sciences discipline with senior leadership experience.
• Significant leadership (10+ years) in pharmaceutical/biotech settings.
• Proven track record advancing discovery programmes from concept to clinic.
• Strong translational biology and pharmacology expertise with a major modality.
• Experience applying AI and data-driven decision-making in discovery.
