NTT DATA UKI is seeking a Director of People & Culture to lead the P&C function, align strategies with business goals, and drive talent development and retention. You will oversee benefits, budget, and governance while partnering with senior leadership to foster a high-performing culture.

You will guide HR technology initiatives, design cross-functional processes, and advise the executive team on labour relations and compliance. On-site role based in the UK.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
• Advanced degree such as a master's or MBA is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive P&C strategy aligned with the organisation’s goals.
• Lead and manage a team of P&C professionals to execute the strategy.
• Structure benefits programmes to attract and retain top talent.
• Design and implement strategies to develop and retain top talent.
• Promote and manage employee value proposition and labour relations.
