Job Title: Chief Operating Officer : Growing Hotel Group

Salary: DoE + Bonus

Location: Midlands

I am working on an exciting chance to join a fast:growing hotel group as Chief Operating Officer. Reporting to the CEO, youll be the driving force behind operational excellence across our portfolio, ensuring every property delivers outstanding performance, efficiency, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a high:performing team of General Managers and Area Managers across all properties
  • Drive profitability and operational efficiency across hotels, food and beverage outlets, and other revenue streams
  • Implement and enforce best:in:class standard operating procedures and brand standards
  • Oversee maintenance planning, supplier management, and capex forecasting
  • Ensure seamless openings of new properties, fully operational from day one
  • Optimize processes, improve service delivery, and maintain strict cost control
  • Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies
What Were Looking For
