• Operational Strategy - Design and implement operational frameworks to support hedge fund activities across Master, Offshore, and Onshore funds.
• Risk Management Oversight - Ensure robust risk controls aligned with the firm's emphasis on stable, long-term returns and regulatory compliance.
• Fund Operations Management - Oversee trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation processes for long and short positions.
• Regulatory Compliance - Maintain adherence to SFC and international regulations, including reporting and audit requirements.
• Technology & Infrastructure - Optimize portfolio management systems and operational technology to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Performance Monitoring - Establish KPIs for operational efficiency, fund performance support, and client service standards.
• Financial Planning - Collaborate with CFO on budgeting, cost control, and operational forecasting for AUM growth.
• Investor Relations Support - Coordinate operational aspects of client onboarding, reporting, and communication for institutional investors.
• Team Leadership - Build and manage high-performing operations and support teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Vendor & Service Provider Management - Negotiate and manage relationships with custodians, prime brokerages
