National role: hybrid working with nationwide travel

With a new five-year plan in place, we now seek a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help deliver our mission - to support and empower local government leaders - with impact, innovation, and integrity. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will touch every aspect of our work and drive operational excellence, strategic transformation, and sustainable growth.

We’re looking for someone who knows the sector well, and who has practical experience of strategy development, policy, governance, corporate business management, change and transformation. You’ll have clear ideas on how to harness digital and AI to enhance the user experience, and an assured approach to people, performance and resource management.
