Job description

This is a rare opportunity to lead the Operations of Staffordshire’s Local Infrastructure Organisation, Support Staffordshire. With over 100 employees and an annual budget of more than £3M, we support our 1,500 members to create a Stronger Staffordshire

We are seeking an experienced values driven, voluntary sector leader with a passion for communities. A working knowledge of local government and community capacity building will be a strong advantage. You’ll have fundraising, contracting, or trading expertise alongside a track record in project development, management and evaluation.

An ability to flex and learn new subjects in a growing and evolving organisation is also key.
