Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Confidential Mandate | Senior Leadership | Operational Excellence

This role will require the successful candidate to relocate to the Middle East (KSA).

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY

We are exclusively on a confidential search for a senior operational leader to support a new market initiative in a high-growth international environment.

This COO role is hands-on, transformation-focused, and critical to the success of a newly launched service line. The successful candidate will be responsible for building operational platforms, driving delivery excellence, and embedding scalable systems and processes across a labour-intensive, multi-tiered workforce.

Key Attributes
  • Deep expertise in facilities or operational management
  • Experience of growing a business within a new region would be highly desirable
  • Experience leading transformation and building shared service models
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning across white and blue collar environments
  • Ability to implement systems, processes, and performance platforms
  • International exposure and cultural adaptability
  • Must be degree qualified (Bsc or MSc)

This is a strategic build-out with long-term potential. Relocation support and family sponsorship are available. Arabic language skills are helpful but not essential.
