The Role

Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Board, the role is accountable for Delivered Revenue across all service lines. Key responsibilities include translating strategy into operating plans, leading transformation, overseeing service delivery, M&A integration, IT, and information security, and ensuring Board‑level visibility on performance, risk, and client success.
