Job summary

Northern Marine Manning Services is seeking an experienced Chief Officer for a Chemical Tanker with IGF tonnage experience. This is a permanent contract with a competitive salary.

The role requires 12 months' sea-going experience as Chief Officer and IGF CoP, plus a suite of STCW certifications. Based in the United Kingdom, the successful candidate will join the client's fleet operating from Clydebank.

Qualifications

• 12 months' sea-going experience as a Chief Officer on a Chemical Tanker.
• Experience on IGF tonnage and a valid Advanced or Basic IGF Certificate of Proficiency (CoP).
• Hold Basic/Advanced IGF Certificate of Proficiency and the listed STCW certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bridge operations and vessel safety as Chief Officer on a chemical tanker.
• Maintain compliance with IGF procedures and STCW requirements; support the Master and crew.
