🎯 The Role

As Chief of Staff, you’ll be the Founder & CEO’s strategic right hand — a trusted partner, operator, and execution force. This isn’t a support role. It’s a company-building position that blends strategy, leadership, and action. You’ll help shape priorities, turn ideas into execution, and ensure the entire organization moves in sync as The Flex scales globally. You’ll gain exposure to every part of the business — operations, product, technology, finance, talent, and expansion — playing a pivotal role in the next phase of growth.

  • Strategic Execution – Drive high-impact initiatives across product, operations, and expansion; translate vision into measurable outcomes.

  • Process Optimization – Build scalable systems and workflows to enhance speed, clarity, and accountability.
