Your mission

Want to revolutionise motorsport with AI coaching by working hand-in-hand with a founder who helped raise $200M+ for three startups before? This is your chance to combine your passions for racing and high-speed startup building.

At Track Titan, we are looking for an extremely driven, smart and motorsport-loving Chief of Staff. You will support our founder Max (former pro simracer, racing driver and coach for Porsche) with everything that separates a great startup from a good one: fundraising, new strategic explorations, hiring, working with our key investors and board, etc. Your day-to-day will be as varied as that of a founder which makes this role extremely exciting and demanding.

This is a job that combines the most intellectually stimulating work you will ever do with eating shit - and lots of it. If you love building something from nothing, getting shit done fully autonomously, pushing your limits and working with and learning from colleagues at their A game, this could be your opportunity.

Your profile

• Top-tier startup experience: you know what good looks like from the inside and you are deeply aware of how different a VC-backed startup is compared to other types of companies
• You are razor‑sharp and highly quantitative: It doesn't matter if you can demonstrate this through your university degree, MBB consulting experience, technical side‑projects or something else. What matters is that you are as smart as they come and that you are ultra quick to learn new things.
• Highly resilient: You will work directly with an intense Founder‑CEO who has built three VC-backed startups from day zero to post Series A/B before. As you will work in tandem with Track Titan's founder, it means you get founder-level exposure and with that founder-level pressure. Again, how you can show that you are extremely resilient does not matter (work, sports, etc.) but if hard work and the strong ups and downs of an early‑stage startup don't excite you, this role is not for you.
• Ownership: You take care of things without needing much direction. You intrinsically care deeply about the quality and pace of your work and that of others around you.
• Racing knowledge and passion: You are more than a Drive to Survive F1 fan. You understand that motorsport is vast and goes way, way beyond the surface of F1. You are the kind of weird person who can see a photo of a kerb detail and immediately know what track it is. If that's you, this will feel like home.
• Based in London or willing to relocate/be here frequently
