We’re searching for a Richmond based Chief of Staff to join our UK\&I President’s Office team, so that we can drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and executive effectiveness across the UK\&I region. The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted partner to the UK\&I President, blending high-level administrative support with strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth executive operations and impactful leadership execution.

Responsibilities
  • Managing complex calendars and travel logistics to prioritise strategic engagements
  • Preparing high quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitating quarterly and annual strategic planning processes to translate strategy into measurable goals
  • Tracking progress on strategic initiatives and surfacing risks for timely decision making
  • Gathering and analysing performance data to support executive decisions
  • Leading planning and execution of leadership events such as Core Weeks
  • Coordinating agendas, content, and communications for executive forums
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
  • Drafting executive communications and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement
  • Representing leadership in meetings and maintaining confidentiality and continuity of messaging
Qualifications
  • Proven success as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or strategic support role, ideally in a high-growth or SaaS environment
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to commute to Richmond office 3–5 days per week, with flexibility for key events
  • Genuine interest in healthcare innovation and executive operations
