As Chief of Staff, you’ll be a key member of our Executive Leadership Team—bringing clarity, alignment, and momentum to our ambitious transformation programme alongside supporting Local Government Reorganisation across Norfolk. More than a Monitoring Officer, you’ll be a trusted advisor, connector, and champion of ethical leadership. We’re seeking someone who leads with authenticity, communicates with impact, speaks truth to power, and advocates for communities.
