Key Responsibilities
  • Strengthen operational performance across multiple portfolio companies, improving KPIs, reporting, and execution discipline.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and transformation.
  • Act as a strategic and operational proxy for the CEO, ensuring clarity, alignment, and strong follow‑through.
  • Introduce scalable operating systems, processes, and dashboards to professionalise the organisation.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and structured operating discipline.
  • Support leadership development, organisational design, and continuous improvement across the group.
  • Produce high-quality board materials, strategic papers, and CEO briefings; manage confidential projects.
Candidate Profile
  • Background in strategy consulting (e.g., MBB, tier‑1 or tier‑2 consulting) or equivalent high‑rigour environment.
  • Experience in operational improvement, transformation, or value creation.
  • Strong analytical, structured thinking and problem‑solving capability.
  • Comfortable leading complex projects and working cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders.
  • High-intensity operator with strong organisational discipline, emotional intelligence, and sound judgement.
  • Bonus: exposure to private equity, portfolio operations, or multi‑site operational businesses.
