Job summary

Panoramic Associates is supporting an East London Borough with their search for an exceptional education leader to join their senior leadership team as Head of School Performance and Partnerships.

This is a rare opportunity to influence outcomes for children and young people across the full education journey, from early years through to post-16 education, while strengthening partnerships across maintained schools, academies and multi-academy trusts.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience within the UK state education system.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable school improvement.
• Strong ability to build and sustain partnerships with schools, trusts and stakeholders.
• Commitment to achieving high standards while promoting inclusion and equity.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a broad portfolio of education services.
• Oversee and support maintained schools and partner organisations.
• Develop and sustain partnerships with academies, trusts and education stakeholders.
• Promote inclusive practice, safeguarding excellence and positive outcomes for all learners.
• Drive continuous school improvement through collaboration and support.
