• Significant experience leading quality, patient safety and professional practice improvements.
• A demonstrable ability to influence, inspire and lead through complexity and change.
• Strong strategic, operational and financial awareness.
• A commitment to partnership working and system leadership.
• Exceptional communication and engagement skills.
