The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital transformation, CRM, and AI-enabled marketing, alongside a sophisticated understanding of customer insight, segmentation, and global audience behaviour. You will thrive in complex stakeholder environments, influencing at every level while leading high-performing teams with both strategic acumen and hands‑on pragmatism. Experience managing agencies, suppliers, and large-scale marketing budgets is essential. At London Business School, we support Smart Working – a hybrid approach designed to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering the best outcomes for your role and the needs of our customers.
