• Proven experience in a senior L&D leadership role, preferably in health & social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC/CI regulations and UK care sector frameworks.
• A track record of building and delivering L&D strategies and programmes.

• Design and embed a seamless induction and onboarding programme.
