A financial consultancy in the UK is looking for a strategic and results-oriented CIO to lead the transition to a multi-family office. The successful candidate will manage investment structures and collaborate with institutional partners. Significant experience in investment management is required, with a strong understanding of global capital markets. This role offers autonomy and a strategic position within a lean team. Relocation to Lithuania is expected.

Our client an established single-family office are building the infrastructure and capabilities to evolve into a full-scale multi-family office, with a strong emphasis on constant value creation, global reach and excellent execution as a one-stop shop for all clients’ investment affairs

Their investment activities span across both public and private markets, including global equities, fixed income, private equity, real estate assets and alternative strategies

The Role
  • Our client is seeking a strategically thinking and results oriented CIO to take on a leadership role and drive this next stage of growth
  • The successful candidate will be at the forefront of this transition from a single-family office to a multi-family office, undertaking such tasks as: creating structures, launching investment vehicles, and collaborating with top tier institutional partners
  • This role offers a strategic seat at the table with real autonomy as well as the opportunity to work with a lean and experienced team
Key Requirements
  • Proven track record in investment management within a family office, fund manager, private bank or institutional platform
  • Significant hands-on experience with multi-asset class portfolios, fund structuring, or alternatives. A track record in building or scaling an investment operation or fund
  • Strong understanding of global capital markets, investment risk and governance
  • A proven track in a family office specifically is considered a plus in this instance
  • Openness to relocate to Lithuania
