Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Governance, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or management position.
• Experience in large, complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management methodologies and compliance practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience presenting to senior executives, Audit Committees and Board-level audiences.
• A track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and implement the Group-wide GRC strategy and roadmap.
• Establish and embed governance frameworks, policies, standards and controls.
• Drive continuous improvement across governance, risk management, compliance and ITGC programmes.
• Monitor and assess third-party suppliers and systems integrators against security and compliance obligations.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to Executive Leadership, Audit Committee and Board-level stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing GRC team.
• Build strong partnerships across Information Security, Finance, Internal Audit, Legal and wider business functions.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and risk requirements are effectively managed and communicated.
• Promote a proactive risk and compliance culture across the organisation.
